On a flight this weekend from Chicago, I met a Marine from LaCrosse, Wisconsin, on leave. He was so proud, so erect, strong, handsome and serving his third tour - this one in Afghanistan and the two earlier in Iraq. I thanked him for his immeasurable service, as I thank all of you. Please be safe and know that we think of you everyday in every way. We are so proud of you for fighting for this country and for freedom around the world, and we will never forget. ~~Carroll ------, Wichita, Kan.
