I just want to say thank you for all your support from back home. It's nice to hear positive instead of constant negative. Those of us over here just want you to know that we fight for our country because we love it so much. And it is nice to hear that OUR country LOVES US as much as WE LOVE IT. Thanks again for the kind words and support. ~~SSgt Ralph S -------, USAF, Little Rock AFB, Ark.
Like many of my brothers and sister of the Armed Forces I have multi tours for OEF and OIF. I would like to extend my personal gratitude for all of the support we military members receive from you on a daily basis. For it is individuals like yourselves who help make this nation great regardless of ones beliefs regarding politics. Thank you and Semper Fi... ~~Gunny N, GySgt Normandin USMC, Woonsocket, R.I.
Hello all you great Americans! I just wanted to thank you and express the pride I feel in knowing that there are people like you that still love us as much as we love you! Thank you for all the support you give us, it is a much need morale boost after a long day. I get a chilling pleasure from all the support I receive from back home. Thanks a million. ~~Errol W ------, SGT/US Army, Irvington, N.J.
In coming over here, I learned about how generous and supportive people are. My church from back home prays for me every day and freshmen from my high school have sent care packages. I wish every service member over here could get support like that. I'm stationed in a fairly quiet section of Iraq, but I have traveled to other bases where Soldiers go out on missions almost every day. Those are the ones who need the most support, and sometimes I feel a little guilty that I have it pretty easy compared to them. I sincerely hope that they can return safe and whole in mind, body, and spirit. ~~Christopher ------, SPC / Army, Dolton, Ill.
Hello, my name is Sgt ------ and I am on my second tour in Iraq. I just wanted to take some time to thank you for your support and to let you know that it does mean a lot to the troops. You guys have no clue how proud we feel when we go on leave and we get the types of welcomes that you give us. You can't beat that and once again thank you. ~~------SGT/Army, Fort Bragg, Calif.
I recently have been PCS to Lakenheath, England. I miss my wife. unfortunatly passports take forever. But I'm proud of what I do and stand for. I miss my family and friends, but for my country to me it's a small sacrifice. I miss and love all of you back home. ~~A1C , Tom --------,E-3 AF, Baltimore, Md.
